1) Contributing to a vibrant entrepreneurial culture that encourages and facilitates opportunities related to the creation of new businesses and commercialization of new ideas.
2) Promoting lasting pan-University communication, networking, mentorship, and collaboration between students, administrators, faculty, and staff interested in entrepreneurship;
3) Providing resources, educational events, and networking opportunities to students interested in emerging companies and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity;
4) Fostering an active entrepreneurial culture, helping to attract the best students and faculty members, and cultivating our strong entrepreneurial alumni base;
5) Serving as the UVA’s hub for entrepreneurial law, support entrepreneurial initiatives, and provide basic legal advice to UVA startups with a network of local attorneys;
